HTC Diamond Tools
The HTC diamond grinding and polishing tools are to:
o Grind new concrete as floor preparation.
o Strip off old paint, glue, screed, like magic.
o Create Superfloor where desired.
o Polish marble or terrazzo or wood gently and with finesse.
The selection available from HTC is veritably enormous – why so many? Well, the fact is,
most floors bear little resemblance to one another – the hardness of the concrete can be different,
the tightness of the structure can be different, the porosity can be different, the concrete
might have been damaged by rain.
Other jobs, like removing old paint or remnants of carpet stuck to the floor, demand more aggressive
solutions – like the T-Rex®. T-Rex® is the ultimate task master for older floors that need to be
stripped down before developing a new lease of life.
Years of experience have taught HTC that, the greater the selection, the happier your customers will be.
To make them happier still, HTC have devised EZchange™ - this means easy and rapid tool-changing, with no screws: just a rubber hammer is enough.
HTC Dust Extractors
• Coupled with the HTC grinder is a vacuum dust separator (also developed and produced by HTC).
Linked to the grinder by a long tube of trunking that allows the operate to work a considerable distance
from the separator, the vacuum sucks all the dust directly into the unit, leaving the working area dust-free.
• For heavy duty work, and where the owner is looking for specially long operation, or the simultaneous
operation of multiple grinding machines, the separators can be paired or mounted in series.
• The filter-cleaning system on the larger units includes the “Jetpuls”, that cleans the main filter.
• HTC also supply Pre-Separators for owners who want to extend the life of the filter stockings.
• The Longopac, a plastic sausage dust-collection system, means that the waste material is bagged from
time to time during work in a tie-and-snip operation, ensuring that no dust escapes into the atmosphere.
These handy-sized packs of waste can all be collected after work and removed in a barrow or dumper.
HTC Twister™ Pads
Twister™ was developed by HTC as a means of maintaining HTC Superfloor™. Impregnated with millions of
tiny diamonds, each Twister™ pad has a much longer life than conventional pads.
However, Twister™ can be used to restore different types of flooring that have been neglected or allowed to become shabby.
It is also ideal as a regular maintenance solution for most types of floor – used with a normal floor care machine,
Twister™ needs no chemicals, so it is kind to the environment and to the operator.

Different grades of Twister™ are available, but regular use requires only the Green pad to ensure a high level of
cleanliness and shine on Terrazzo, Marble, Ceramic Tiles, even Vinyl Tiles …. and, of course, HTC Superfloor™
